Chilean Chef Roberto Neira who cook under Thomas keller (guest chef from festival Montreal lumiere 8 edition) would cook for the second time in Montreal at Madre on Masson street

Madre opened this week and they already have a guest chef ?

(on a side note, I HAVE to go on Masson and try the different new restaurants there.)

Rene Rodriguez from "Black Cat Cafe" in Ottawa will be cooking at Madre July 20....

more chef to come...
