Francois Royal is a passionate hard working person and strive for perfection, he always takes pride and time to accomplish his work, he has been working in chocolate and pastry shops since he was 15 years old, admiring fine French chef’s artworks and delightful craving pieces.
He built such a love for the trade and follow his education at “LA LOIRE DE FRANCE - Culinary art, Paris France” as an Intern for 4 years, specializing beside food in chocolate and pastry programs. Graduating with an honor degree gives him an opportunity to work as an instructor for the academy (Chef adjoint chocolatier et patisserie).
Francois start to become more inquired by new entrepreneurs and help on consulting new chocolatier, confectionery, pastry businesses and related fields.
Francois was awarded most honored chocolatier accolade in France,
“Executive Award - Finest Chocolatier In The World For 2020”.
