Co-owner of Northwest Candy Emporium and Golden Signature Gifts, LLC.  

Northwest Candy Emporium started in 1990 as a wholesale provider of brittle and molded chocolate bars in the Seattle area.  We will  be expanding  production with the addition of cookies, shell molded chocolates and toffee to the product line. We are currently in the process of building a new facility and web site which should be completed in the Fall of 2019. The plant will include a 10" enrobing line with tempering pre-bottomer and cooling tunnel, (2) Selmi Plus EX's, (1) Selmi One, cream beater, Selmi Filler, Savage cooling table,  cookie extruders, Dedy Guitar Cutter, mixers, and convection ovens.
