I am a longtime passionate eater but newbie foodie living and working in the Washington DC area. My hobbies include solo dining and sampling exotic chocolates. I would walk miles for the perfect brownie. I strive to savor rather than gorge, to balance a love of fine food with good health.

When not eating my way around the city, I enjoy spending time with my steak-loving husband and young daughter, whose favorite food so far is butterscotch pudding.
