Hi Shelby, thanks for sharing. I tried and really loved the chunkiness of the sauce just like you said! It’s some nice healthy chicken recipes to noted down and stick on my fridge’s door.
I’ve read many vinegar chicken recipes on websites like deliciousmagazine, healthykitchen101 and emerils. All of them uses free-range chicken just like your recipe but unfortunately free-range chicken is not available at my place for the next few weeks. Can you recommend the best substitution for this please?
