Hello! I am working on an aloo tikki recipe. Along with the potato and spice mixture, I have added an egg, some corn flour, and some AP flour. No matter what I try, when I fry them, they remain soft and break apart. I cannot get them to stick together and become crisp. Any suggestions? Thanks!
