Hi, I'm a chef that is always willing to learn new things and trying to make new friends. I'm the author of a book called "Pero querías ser chef..." (soon in English too). I've been cooking for 25 years but I still have too much to learn. I'm the executive chef of "Talento" restaurant in Guadalajara, México.
Avid reader, blogger and I love photography too, among many other things.
