Hello, thanks for visiting my profile! I'm here to increase my cooking knowledge, which is currently pretty limited. I'm not looking to become a professional chef but just want to be able to take a bunch of ingredients that I have at home and make a yummy meal. 

I have a definite sweet tooth with a particular love of chocolate. I've toyed with the idea of making my own chocolate but some of the equipment is quite expensive and hard to get so not sure if I will do this yet.
