  1. The 1977 version should have it on page 967, where it says: The recent 2009 version has similar.
  2. Wikipedia (and most of the recipes I can find online) describe a sauce vierge as "a French sauce made from olive oil, lemon juice, chopped tomato and chopped basil". However, in Larousse Gastronomique it is described as a sauce made from butter, lemon juice, salt and pepper; whipped until fluffy. What's up with the differing definitions?
  3. Hi all I've recently purchased a second-hand Robot Coupe Blixer 2 for home use but it came without its stainless steel bowl. Little did I know that a new bowl would set me back over £200 which is double what I paid for the machine itself! I was wondering if anyone knew where I might be able to pick up second-hand/used spare parts for these machines? Checked the usual eBay, Amazon etc. but are there any companies who deal with recycled commercial spares? Or does anyone on here have a Blixer bowl they'd like to get rid of? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.
