My experiences, like everyone's, could fill a book. But I'm not going to put it all on here so don't worry about going on reading. I've loved cooking my entire life and my adventure into professional activity started in 1979 in Madrid where I opened, as one of three partners, the small restaurant called "Mi Pueblo". Three years later in 1982 I branched out on my own and opened the restaurant La Gamella in a small village 50 km north of Madrid. In 1985 I moved into Madrid where I cooked and operated that restaurant until 2004. That year I retired at age 65, sold the restaurant and moved to a very small village in the mountains to the north of Madrid.

But I did not leave behind my love of cooking.
