A while ago I tried a recipe of Spiced Honey Glazed Ham. I added honey, onions and a bit of spices as well. I served that dish to my friend who works in a spice mill service ( Horton spices in Canada ). He did not liked the recipe, he felt like something is lacking which he guessed were few other essential spices like fennel seeds and cinnamon. He also suggested me to add celery stalks and thyme leaves to garnish it. Even though my ham turned out to be a disaster I am thinking of trying it again. Have you ever tried this dish?
