Hello! I have been asked to create a macaron tower for a birthday party. Having found a macaron tower to hire that holds 200+ macarons, I am now needing to work out how to make the macarons fit the party theme of pink and silver. I am concerned with making silver macarons out of the fear that they will look grey! I was thinking that I could potentially make pink macarons (with passionfruit flavoured filling) and either use colour mist food spray by Wilton (silver) to spray on the outside or paint a strip of silver using edible glitter on the outside of the macaron. Has anyone used these products before or would know which might work best? Not to mention any macaron help in general. Thanks!
