About Me
One of my first cookbooks was also my father's - the Betty Crocker Cookbook for kids, which was published around 1952. I still love this cookbook. Not just for the cartoons of kids at the bottom of each page and their 'comment' about the recipe, but because it has such great, basic tips on cooking. I just love food & wine, and served as a "restaurant narc" for a while. At this point, I most enjoy trying new restaurants, dishes and food with friends, and getting hold of the goodies at the Farmer's Markets here in Boise, ID.
