This is a couple months late, but I'm hoping someone can still answer this question for me. I was just recently given a copy of Lucky Peach #3, and I like many of you, am very intrigued by the collection of knives on the back cover. I'm mostly interested in the Hankotsu style knife on the bottom right. Can anyone tell me what brand that is? I've looked at a few of similar style, but none seem to look quite as nice. Thanks, Ben
