Famliy moving to Melbourne

Hello Any suggestions for St Kilda in Melbourne for a family of 4 (2 adults 2 children > 4). Both for day time lunches, coffees, etc and also for evening quick bites and occasional meals out for just the two of us. Finally, anywhere that is good for meeting other mums and general baby stuff?
