    Soy rocks?

    I'm trying to figure out a way to make something look like hard soil...but a savory way. Don't want it to be sweet but earthy, and will most likely pair it with mushrooms. Any ideas? Make sense?

    If you have gas ranges then char them, if not roast them high heat with olive oil...maybe throw in some shallots and garlic with it, and you will have a pretty nice roasted flavor marinara.
