hi to everybody. I am a new member of this forum. My name is Paul I live in Italy and I have a bar. I took great interest in rum five years ago. In my bar I have around 60 rums. Unfortunately in Italy there are little information on the rum. Doesn't exist a book about rum in Italian....... In Italy ,schools exist for wine's tasters, whiskey, grappa, vinegar, coffee, oil, cheese, salami and others. But any school on the rum. I read Classic Rum of Julie Arkell. I ordered two books and a video on the rum of Edward Hamilton. I am very happy to met this forum and I accept any suggestion to improve my knowledge. I hope that you will excuse my bad English and you will answer to my thousand questions..... pmanf@inwind.it
