I am studying Culinary Arts at The Culinary Institute of Michigan. My parents and family have always been interested in cooking, and I grew up eating home-cooked meals every night. My parents own a kitchen supply store in Kalamazoo, Michigan, and working there and learning all of the tricks and new gadgets that are available really got me interested in the profession.
