  1. Hi all, I am planning on opening a restaurant and currently sourcing equipment. I am seeking a grill (char grill) that can provide a great BBQ charcoal taste. (Due to health codes in our region, we can't use authentic charcoal). While researching the best gas powered char grills, I was told the way to go was with an Infrared Grill. I understand these babies can attain searing temperatures of 800 degrees and some of the top Steakhouses are using these... My question: Can someone vouch for these grills (in a commercial setting).
