I am a culinographer - a photographer of culinaria, including food, culture, preparation, and societal commentary (http://www.culinographer.com - going live at the end of the year), as well as a food blogger who experiments with modernist cuisine (http://www.foodiemoment.com), and a world traveler who explores local culinary traditions and approaches (http://www.thetravelingrichters.com).

My intent in being an eGullet member is to expand my knowledge of culinary processes and culture for my photography and writing, and hopefully be able to share my accumulated knowledge as well. My particular interest in the present deals with modernist cuisine, also referred to as molecular gastronomy.
