I love to bake and cook. It is like painting a portrait or writing a story. It is an art form that everyone can enjoy and will evoke memories that all the senses can recall. As chefs and bakers we know people remember the sight of a pretty cake, the aroma of something freshly baked, the wonderful taste, a remark of praise, and hearing the words "how sweet it is."

I am a tough old bird. The only thing you can do with me is make chicken soup. My only problem is I think I am still sixteen!!!
