Hola! I´m a freelance writer and passionate amateur cook living in Barcelona, Spain. In particular I'm interested in different food cultures around the world. I'm currently in the process of starting a new online project where I will document Spanish cuisine by providing recipes (in English) from Spanish friends, and also provide culinary resources for visitors to Barcelona. I'll be starting cooking school here in the fall so I hope to write about that as well.
