I want to explore! I want to learn! I want to converse, to share ideas! I suppose, though, my desire for knowledge the driving factor. I constantly find myself asking how, asking why-- and the eGullet forums are a reputable source as to which I can pose my queries. eGullet is a great resource for my upstart meanderings in "molecular gastronomy" and kitchen chemistry. I am a high school senior in a suburban school with little to offer (in terms of my culinary interests). I can find new peers and teachers alike on eGullet.
