I received a Chef's Choice electric sharpener. I just sharpened 2 knives - wahoo!! They are super sharp now. I didn't realize how dull they had become. I also ordered myself a Wusthof Santoku knife today. I am about to make soup and am actually looking forward to the cutting!!
