About Me

I'm currently a student chef at the Center for Asian Culinary Studies in the Philippines, taking up professional Culinary Arts and Pastry Arts program. I am, like everyone else a certified "food fanatic". I watch the Asian Food Channel and Lifestyle Channel everyday whenever I have time and nothing to do. I come from a family who loves to cook and EAT. I just started going to school at CACS about a week ago, and my classmates and I are still absorbing everything that we should know. From our speech class in French, complex parts of Gastronomy, bridge conversions in Culinary Math, food awareness in Nutrition, and food preps in Sanitation. I get excited everyday and look forward to learning more about food and cooking. The professors/chefs are so generous in to sharing what they know and they give us a little laugh here and there so as to liven up the discussion more. Who could ask for more? They're giving us more than enough! (thanks to our chefs and professors. ) I'm pretty much the quiet person who you wouldn't notice in the classroom because of being so silent, but I know how to have fun as well. I love reading books and pretty much writing whenever I am in the mood of getting a pen and paper. I don't say much unless needed, I get shy all the time. What can I do? I'm just 17, (well I'll be turning 18 soon, VERY SOON) I'm still adjusting. I'd love to interact with other people who share the same interests as I do. That wraps up the "about me".
