NoMI

Hello! I am a first time user who works at NoMI. I became a new user yesterday after reading cabrales posting. I signed on because I wanted to clarify that executive chef Sandro Gamba is not leaving NoMI. Roberto Alicea, one of his sous chef's, has recently taken the post as executive chef at the Park Hyatt in Los Angeles. I hope that clears up any confusion and will look forward to continuing to read your postings.
