As the son of an Air-Force officer, I spent my childhood all over the globe. From Korea to Hawaii; from Japan to....Nebraska?. And just about anywhere else you can imagine. All along sampling the food and culture. It's only fitting that now, as an adult, I spend everyday in a professional kitchen...and when I am not cooking, I am reading about food or volunteering my time at the local Farmers Market. Austin, Tx is where I am calling home at the moment and it is an amazing city for a food lover.
