It was really hard to find good information last year when our washer failed. Ended up at Sears as a (almost) direct replacement but I was able to put it in myself saving $. They are so much more quiet now. Incredible. The internet "review" sites are horrible for appliances to get the real scoop. I may not know where to look though. Keith
