About me:
I’m a 2nd generation Nevadan with two beautiful daughters Arden & Ivy. I have been in the food industry for over 14 years. Sous Chef at Renown Regional Medical Center for the past 6 years. My responsibilities consist of all Food Production, Service and Staff for patient services, Sierra Café, Catering, Remedees Restaurant and satellite operations. Up to 5000 meals a day.
