About Me
I'm a 33 year old engineer who started making truffles as gifts nearly 10 years ago. I've improved slowly, as one would expect when only working at it once a year. I decided to do the Ecole Chocolat's professional chocolatier program and finished in June, graduating with honors.
I have since done a little more work with new types of candy and am looking forward to this year's big batches!
