Hi, Thanks for the Question! I am the Chef de Cuisine of DJT and the Trump hotel. Chef Joe Isidori, myself and the team have been quietly putting together a very exciting project here preferring to gain respect through actuall dining experiences and word of mouth instead of relying on a fancy marketing/pr push with nothing to back it. We have been open since mid april serving dinner seven nights a week and operating a very sexy "High Champagne" thursdays - Sundays. Our food is contemporary American inspired by the best products from across the nation.
