Don't bother . . . Pierson's rules!

jscarbor, Luling won by a very narrow margin, but I thought Pierson's ribs were better. Good food, huh?

Pierson's is so very good! I have had the links, brisket, ribs, beans, bread pudding, and peach cobbler, so far. Next I am going to try the chicken and pork. They are so nice and friendly, and pass out samples without asking for them. The sauce is just right, IMO. I am lucky because this place is not even 5 minutes from my house, so I get to have it as often as I can. It is our new favorite BBQ place in Houston. Tell them Dani sent you . . . they know me by name!

Yeah. I'm always down for some cocktails and food. I'm in there weekly anyway. Say when, and if I'm in town, I'll be there. M ← I have been a couple times and disappointed. Now, if I were going, just to drink, that would be a different story. So far the food has been lacking. I will try one more time just to have a "beaver burger" but other than that I think I have had the Beaver experience and it wasn't all that great.
