He does the Ramsay bouncing forward on his toes thing as well. Almost expect him to slap his hands and go " Starter Done" when he's finished.

The standard this week has been pretty high, but the preliminary rounds were in part awful (overcooking steaks etc). Makes you wonder what the selection process was.
