About Me
I'm 24 years old now and since I can remember cooking was my passion, so I decided to make my passion my job. In a three-years-apprenticeship there started a special love to pastry, so I decided to specialize in pastry because I picture my future life in this part of the
kitchen. For this I wanna visit the ESCF in Paris.
I started my career in a 2-michelin restaurant in Austria, were working than in a french restaurant and in a few days I'll start in a new-opening restaurant, what will be a special experience for me.
