About Me
My earliest cooking influence was learning how to mince garlic by watching Jacques Pépin on Julia Child, probably during the '70's. My only professional cooking experience has been flipping burgers, but I did it well. I'm proud I had my grandmother teach me how to make her signature yeast rolls while she was alive. I'm a little amused that the recipe specifies a day with sunshine but doesn't specify the exact amount of flour.
