Matthew Walker-Bannon recently moved to Boulder, Colorado from London, England where he worked as a restaurant chef at the highest level.
His culinary grounding is in classic French cuisine, cooking from an early age and then apprenticing at Le Gavroche and La Tante Claire, two of London's premier fine-dining restaurants.
Having run restaurants in London and Manchester, Matthew toured South-East Asia for a year learning about the myriad cuisines of the region and taking time to run a restaurant and bar in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
After spending some time in the kitchen at Brasserie Ten Ten in downtown Boulder, he identified the need for gourmet catering and private chef services and founded Providence.
