Hi Everybody I've been lurking for a few days. Great board. So many interesting things to learn and of course I love Indian food so I think I'll fit right in Unfortunately we don't have any Indian restaurants around here and I miss all those Indian goodies so much. I'm craving for some Indian Chicken Cutlets. Sorry I'm not sure of the name. Can someone help? Thanks Betty
