Scotch Broth recipe. I haven't made it yet but I do have the ingredients. I could not find the lamb neck bones or the shank so I had to settle for the blade chops

Cover the table with brown paper, a shovel full of boiled crabs in the middle, some pitchers of beer and a few rolls of paper towels = heaven

One of my favorite ways to prepare chicken is to put a few legs and a few thighs in a roasting pan, sprinkle liberally with Bisquick, salt and pepper. Talk about crispy skin!

There is a place called Ye Olde Ale Houseon Germantown Pike in Lafayette Hill Pa where they serve hand carved roast beef sandwiches. The carver slices your beef, dips it in the au jus, and stacks it on a kaiser roll. On the table there is a little crock of some of the hottest horseradish I've ever had.. One of the best sandwiches I have ever eaten. Unfortunately, since I moved to Jersey, I don't get to go there much.

The Ocean City (NJ) McD has them. At least they did last week.

I used to love going into White Castle and ordering a half dozen cheeseburgers for lunch!
