About Me
I have actively worked as an Executive Chef for the past 28 years, Most of the time in the Napa Valley as a restaurant owner/chef. I Also spent 5 years in the Caribbean working in three different islands, Barbados, Jamaica and San Juan PR.
I now over-see two restaurants on the Sonoma Coast, and travel to Europe every October and the Caribbean every Janurary. Otherwise I am mostly in the Kitchen cooking away.
