About Me
My first job was as a busgirl in a Greek-owned diner at the age of 14, and I've been in the restaurant business ever since. My experience has given me such an appreciation of food in all of its forms. I went from someone who believed that food came in boxes and wrapped in plastic to someone who knows the farmers who grow a lot of the food that I eat, and the journey has been (and I'm sure will continue to be) fascinating.
