About Me
Diagnosed with Coeliac's disease in my late 20's, I was placed on a permanent gluten free diet, at time when I was really starting to get into my food. After a few months of being totally depressed, my outlook turned around to not wanting to miss out on things. Purchasing natural/in season produce helped me to love food again, become a better cook and sparked a massive food interest in me which has kept growing to this day.
I don't go out to restaurants as often as I would like to as there is always some risk involved when you have an intolerance. Hoever, I find that eating at good restaurants is generally ok for me. Ah, such a predicament...
