My family have been butchers and meat-sellers for nearly 175 years in Lancaster County, PA. Two brothers in the deli business and a cousin that is a chef and graduate of the CIA, so the business of food is well established in the family.

I love to cook, try new recipes, styles, cuisines, wine, beer -- anything edible is fair game for my digestive system!
