I'm a native Arizonan who has been travelling throughout Mexico for many years. After earning an MBA and spending years as an executive in corporate America and businesss consultant, I decided to pursue my true passions - food and travel.

I've dabbled in catering and decided forming a culinary tour company was perfect for me. I'm starting with Mexico and plan to add the Caribbean as soon as possible.
