I moved to Central California in 2002 after one year in Boston prior to living all my life in Coastal Southern California. During my time in Fresno, I have not met any other food-obsessed people like myself, which makes living here difficult. On the bright side, I have amazing access to great produce- imagine buying fresh picked locally grown tomatoes for $1/lb. I have a burning passion for food. I wake up and fall asleep thinking about food. I want to work with food but I have a bad back that makes it more or less impossible. I have a low tolerance for standing- more than a few hours a day is too much. My wife is a pediatric anesthesiologist, which is why we came to Fresno. I have a one year old son.
