Sweet! I feel like I've hit the BLOG jackpot these last few weeks! I've hit the Blogpot!

I just thought I'd make mention of the fact that David Burke's flavor sprays are facking horrid, acrid, and should NEVER be consumed. I honestly have a couple gag memories associated with them. Ya know, when you think of a food that was so revolting that it actually causes a mild gag reaction in the back of your throat. Eww.

I can't wait for this BLOG to get rollin'! I must also add, on a completely superficial level, that you have a lot of good-looking people in your life. It feels like I'm preparing to watch a foodie version of my favourite primetime TV drama, acted out by hot celebrities. *munches popcorn*

kkwchan: do you happen to have high-resolution versions of those photos that you'd be willing to share? I collect glorious food photography!

Tomato, balsamic, basil, buratta or mozarella, olive oil, salt and pepper! Caprese! Watercress, watermelon, fried garlic, lime, olive oil, salt and pepper. My 2 favourites, by a country mile. Panzanella is also lovely.
