I'm a local folk, and I'm wondering if this Wednesday market still exists? The link does not. I'm SO into the local markets...(and I'm growing my own lumpy bumpy sunchokes, but no salsify).

Greetings. I'm always on the hunt for a good quality unsweetened chocolate, and it's VERY hard to find up here in Canada, retail. Can you tell me anything about the qualities of this one? I'm not familiar with the brand: LaFrancaise Unsweetened at icaviar Thank you!
