I'm a self taught cake decorator with 2 years experience. I've always loved baking and decorating but never did anything close to what I now do. To be honest, never thought I had the talent! Took a Wilton course that was horrible, but focused on the one class they teach to cover a cake with fondant and have never stopped since. I've taken a flower class to learn to make orchids; all others I've learned on my own.
