After 30 months of audits in broadcasting, records, global communications, carpet factories, furniture plants and rental locations, I found my niche with a remote site catering company. International Boatel hired me to help make a $12M account profitable. Through negotiations with our client, unions and suppliers, lots of help from the great professionals in the kitchen and housekeeping and some innovative number crunching, we became very profitable. I left Boatel when our contract ended 9 years later and my work permit expired. I started my company to help food service people make lots of money.
