About Me
Linda Grishman is a renowned chocolatier. She started making chocolate in her New York City apartment kitchen (standing room for one only) in 1983. With a move to Vermont in 1991, Linda Grishman Chocolates has grown, but still maintains that fine chocolate must be handmade and fresh using all natural premium ingredients especially locally grown ingredients where possible. The Vermont Chocolate School opened in 2005. One day classes of no more than 4 students.
