Kind words Chef...and a valiant effort at drinking all of our beverages if memory serves correctly. Just wanted to inform everyone that after a very apologetic and lengthy delay our website is officially up and running. My youngest went berserk with my specs that morning (he's in the "clutching" stage), but that's no excuse for poor face time on the boob. It's really my nose, a bulbous Colobian mishap of a blower. Apologies.
My wife thought I looked pretty.
Fun stuff. Fine restaurant, modern latin cowboy theme and all (needs a little bit more cowbell).
The permit hilarity I found particularly accurate. You've got to wonder, what would Che do?
They still don't have a website together, but you can read the menus and the original press releases on mine.
I'm just wondering who Mr Morrison had to sleep with to get so much air time?? I too would have liked to see a bit more of the room but I can't imagine it being easy squeezing six months of footage into twenty minutes of air time. (Or at least a bit more of the Manager)

Just wanted to let everyone know that the airing of our restaurants opening on "Opening Soon" will air for the first time on Monday the 20th at 7:00 p.m and then again on Tuesday at 10:00 p.m. Be sure to let us know what you thought...cheers!

After several false starts, Century has finally opened. Sean and I were happy to welcome several eGulleters last night, including Mooshmouse, LauraF, and Andrew Morrison, and we'd like to extend an open invitation to all of you to check us out in the next couple of weeks. Feel free to PM me if you have any questions about what we're doing at Century, and we'd appreciate it if you aired any and all of your feedback in this open forum.

For the first time in 7 years or so I get a valentines day/night off...of course my "love" for the holiday has been so tainted due to all the patrons of years gone by that are in far more productive relationships than i, makes me really just want to stay in and order pizza; really, really, cheap pizza

Anyone heard of Century? The place with the mural of Che on the wall...I think that classifies as Cuban....they have an extensive rum list, though not as large as Nu's and they have a "cuban sandwich" at lunch.
